What we Teach
Kindergarten
We value freedom, time, and space to play, through an approach that promotes learning and respects the child’s discoveries and potential.
Our approach to early years is based on the idea that the school provides the conditions for the complete development of the child, who is the center of the learning process.
Here, we combine learning and development with the acts of being together, playing, participating, exploring, expressing, and knowing oneself. We build knowledge through the fields of experience presented in the Brazilian National Curriculum [Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC] appropriate for each age group.

SCHEDULE
MORNING
Monday through Friday, from 7.30 am to 11.45 am.
AFTERNOON
Monday through Friday, from 1.30 pm to 5.45 pm.
FULL-TIME
Possibility to stay full-time at school*.

Prepared by our cafeteria and offered at no extra charge, following the menu and guidelines of our nutritionist.

Bilingual education
From the first encounter with the school, a bilingual education offers huge advantages for the development of children.
We offer a unique and integrated curriculum in both English and Portuguese, based on the competencies and skills of the BNCC. Languages are used as a means of communication, addressing not only the linguistic aspects but also the cultural ones, so that the child can think and communicate fluently in both languages.
A student builds knowledge through languages, spaces, cultures, climate, eating habits, and sports by looking at experiences in various parts of the world. With this method, we encourage respect and admiration for differences.
We have adopted the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) of the International Curriculum Association (ICA), which has more than 1,000 accredited schools in around 90 countries.
Development goals
Bilingual teaching in kindergarten aims to make the child develop 8 personal skills that are fundamental to their growth as a student and as a human being.
